Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled giving us 48 hours' notice will have no cancellation charge.
Appointments cancelled 48 to 24 hours in advance will be charged 20%.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%.
We hope you can appreciate why we have had to make this decision.
